Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy. 

Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving 15 minutes after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule and/or $10 late fee. When possible as hair stylist we will do our best to alter your service so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.
